Anthurium hookeri variegated best known as Bird's nest Anthurium.

Epiphytic in it's natural habitat meaning they'll grow on other plants or attached to a tree. They can get relatively large and while their flowers are not "showy", they have white berries if fertilized.  The particular variety, possibly a hybrid, has golden variegated leaves.

They should be kept in bright indirect to keep variegation pronounce. These guys like to be kept moist with moderate humidity but should not be wet.

(Please note you will receive the plant in the pictures provided sent bare rooted)
