Express Postage: $13 Flat Rate
Postage orders are sent Monday - Wednesday every week & tracking will be sent to you via email. Orders placed after Tuesday midnight (AEST) will be shipped the following week. Special considerations regarding shipping outside of these timeframes can be organised. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any shipping concerns or to organise special considerations.
Please assume you will be receiving your plants semi bare rooted, we send plants like this to be able to accommodate larger orders & for the safety of the plant to help prevent any damage while in transit. This also allows us to be able to offer capped postage of $13 on all orders. In situations where more than one postage box is required we cover the extra shipping costs. You will receive seperate tracking information for all boxes in your order.
If you place more than one order going to the same address and would like your orders combined please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. The additional postage will be refunded back to you. (Please do not just make a note on the order these can sometimes be over looked.)
Refunds and Change of Mind
We go to great lengths to mitigate the risks of sending live and fragile items in the post. We will always do our best when packing orders but please allow for some minor leaf damage during transportation due to packaging or environmental change. Sensitive plants will have their own disclaimers in the product description.
If you feel that the plant you have received is insufficient in some way when compared with the images on our website, please contact us within 3 days to organise a refund. After 3 days no refunds will be considered. No refunds are offered for 'change of mind' purposes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to post to WA, NT, or TAS without using a concierge service to quarantine the plants.
Concierge service must be organised by the buyer prior to purchase. We recommend using Home of Houseplants.
